- 2 Chopped onion
- 1 Egg
- 1-1/2 tsp Crushed coriander
- 1-1/2 tsp Roasted & crushed cumin
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1-1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
- Bread slices 2
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- 1 tbsp Soya sauce
Steps to make to make Afghani Platter
- Now mix meat, soya sauce, black pepper, garlic paste, cinnamon powder, Lahori salt and papaya paste in mixing bowl and leave it for 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
- Now skew the meat on bbq skewers, bake in preheated oven or roast on coal or fry it.
Serve hot πππ - Boil rice in pan with 1 tbsp of salt.
When rice is half done then strain rice and keep aside. - Melt 4 tbsp of butter in pan; add 2 tbsp of onion, 2-3 pieces of cinnamon, and 2-3 cloves and sautΓ© them for few mins.
- Now add boiled rice in pan and mix them and simmer rice for 5-6 min.
Delicious butter rice is ready to serve.. - Chop all ingredients in chopper.
