  1. 1 cup Flour (using Maida / Refined flour)
  2. 1/2 cup Softened butter
  3. 3 tbsp Cocoa powder (using sweet one)
  4. 1 tbsp Cornflour
  5. 1/2 cup Castor sugar
  6. 1 tsp Baking Powder
  7. 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  8. 1 tbsp Condensed milk
  9. 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
  10. 2 tbsp Milk
  11. as needed Coffee powder for garnishing
  12. to taste salt

Steps to make to make Chocolate cookies

  1. First in a bowl, add Softened butter and add sugar in it. Whisk it continuously until fluffy. Once it has become fluffy, add vanilla essence and mix it continuously.
  2. Now add Maida, cornflour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder & knead a semi soft dough. Do not over Knead the dough.
  3. Now add milk if only require. Don't make the dough so soft.
  4. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Now take out the dough and make small balls and press it a little.
  6. Now sprinkle some coffee powder.
  7. Now let the oven preheat for 5 minutes.
  8. Once it's nicely Preheated, keep the cookies in a cookie stand and bake it for 15-18 minutes on 180°c.
  9. Let it cool down on a wire stand for 10 minutes and serve.
